While not technically a steak, this popular cut of beef is derived from the cows stomach muscle. Lean and boneless, the flank steak is jam packed with lots of intense flavor and tends to be one of the more affordable pieces of meat. This is a great choice for quick casual family meals all through out the week. Best when marinated and grilled OR sliced thin and stir fryed.
